Home Care Packages (HCP) are designed to give you the support you need to live safely and independently at home. Each level offers a different amount of help, ranging from light assistance to more complex, ongoing care.

Home Care Packages

What are Home Care Packages?

A Home Care Package (HCP) is a government-funded aged care program designed to help older Australians continue living at home. It gives you access to a wide range of in-home care services, including: 

  • Everyday support such as cleaning, shopping, and meal preparation
  • Help to keep you safe and mobile
  • Health management including nursing and allied health
  • Social support, transport, and community participation

At Pinq Care, we go beyond standard service delivery. Our Wellness Memberships (Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum), allow you to tailor your support and focus on staying stronger, safer, and more independent for longer. We combine multidisciplinary aged care with preventative, reablement-focused support so you get more from your funding.

Home Care Packages Are Now Known as Support at Home

On November 1st 2025, the Home Care Package program officially became the Support at Home program. This new model offers more flexibility, clearer service options, and a stronger focus on helping older Australians stay living at home longer.

Home Care Packages and Support at Home levels provide similar services, but the new system makes it easier to access the right support when you need it.
