We’ll build a plan that fits your life, from personal care and nursing to home maintenance and social activities. You can also choose a Wellness Membership (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum) for extra benefits that match your needs and lifestyle, with the ability to change your services or membership anytime.
3 Choose your Care Crew
You’re in charge. Pick from our team of trusted professionals or opt for your own favourites. You decide who visits, when, how often and you can make changes anytime.
4 Get Started
Once your plan and team are set, we get things moving quickly. Your Care Partner coordinates everything and gives you access to our easy online portal to view your schedule, track funding, and stay in control 24/7.
