We’re currently expanding across Australia, with many aged care jobs in Sydney and surrounding regions. As we grow, more opportunities will open in other states — so whether you’re local or regional, there’s room for you in our network.

At Pinq Care, we do aged care differently. Our focus is on prevention, movement, and independence; helping older Australians live at home for longer. For our employees and providers, that means joining a positive, forward-thinking team that values collaboration, personal growth, and real impact.

Most aged care careers require either formal training or relevant experience. Roles such as Support Worker, Nurse, or Allied Health Professional usually require a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Community Services, Nursing, or Allied Health. However, if you’re passionate about helping others and open to training, we encourage you to apply; Pinq Care values both skill and heart.
